Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN-Antepartum
to join our faith-based healthcare organization. As a leader in

through personalized, compassionate antepartum care. Monitor
patient health and progress prior to childbirth, addressing both
physical and emotional needs. Administer medications as ordered and
monitor for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical
information and vital signs, maintaining detailed and accurate
records. Assist in developing individualized care plans in
collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Educate and
support patients and their families regarding prenatal health,
potential risks, and birth plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and safety standards. Participate in team meetings and
continuous education to improve patient care. Proven ability to
provide exceptional patient care with empathy and compassion.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients,
families, and healthcare teams. High level of proficiency in
monitoring and administering medications. Excellent observational
skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle emotional and
stressful situations professionally. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. BLS (Basic Life
Support) Certification required upon hire. NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) Certification preferred.
