Description: This is a state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient acute
rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of
individuals who have experienced debilitating effects from severe
injury or illness. Rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and
specialized treatment tailored to individual patient needs.
Customized rehabilitation is offered for those recovering from
conditions such as stroke, brain injury, neurological issues,
trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The
facility strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of
life of patients through comprehensive physical medicine and
rehabilitation programs. Patient population includes geriatric and
adult individuals. Common diagnoses include spinal cord injury,
traumatic brain injury, stroke, left ventricular assist device,
