Austin, TX - Location: Austin, TX 78704 (Central Texas healthcare
jobs) - Facility Setting: Telemetry Unit, 34 beds - Assignment
Length: 13 weeks (Travel nursing contract) - Start Date: September
15, 2025 - End Date: December 15, 2025 - Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
(12-hour day shifts) - Hours per Week: 36 - Estimated Weekly
Salary: $1360-$1460 - Patient Ratio: 1:6 (may be 1:5) - Dress Code:
Navy scrubs Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license (Texas or compact state) - Minimum 1 year of
recent Telemetry or Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required - Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred - Experience
with MediTech Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred - Strong
communication skills and a team-oriented, outgoing personality Tele
RN Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality patient care in a
fast-paced Telemetry unit - Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
using GE Telemetry Monitoring equipment - Administer medications
and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers - Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including charge nurses,
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and unit clerks - Utilize clinical
equipment such as Welch Allyn Vital Signs monitors, wound vacs, CPM
machines, and external fixation devices - Accurately document
patient care and assessments in MediTech EMR - Maintain a safe,
