Responsibilities Our population is growing and so are we! Ascension
Seton is seeking an exceptional Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician
to join our Women's Health Services team at Ascension Seton
Williamson in Round Rock. Women's Health is growing in Round Rock
with the addition of a new OBGYN practice and an expansion of the
Ascension Medical Group practice. This position will support the
growth and expansion of both clinics. Position Highlights: * Part

Loan Forgiveness Program The Department of Women's Health
encompasses the full range of subspecialties including; OBGYN,
Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic
Surgery, Gynecologic Oncology, Reproductive Endocrinology,
Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, Pediatric and Adolescent
Gynecology The Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine provides the
full scope of high risk obstetrics services including outpatient
ultrasound and consultation, inpatient consultation and coverage of
the transport service for the network quaternary care facilities.
Responsibilities: * Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate
medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinates discharge
planning with case management. * Recommends, participates in, and
works to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost
effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients. * Accepts
patient referrals from other physicians. Acts as admitting,
attending and/or consulting physician for patients who require
hospitalization for primary medical diagnoses, depending on needs
of patients, medical staff and hospital. * Participates in academic
programs (e.g. medical education and research) as requested. *
Provides appropriate documentation that meets insurance company
requirements; appeal all denials in a timely manner. * Participates
in inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty, which may
