Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Home Health | Texas License
Required Location: Various locations across Texas (Flexible
scheduling available) Permanent Position | Full-Time or Part-Time

varies based on experience, tenure, and weekly hours worked $23/hr
for newer LVNs working ~30 hours/week Up to $30/hr for experienced

Responsibilities: Deliver 1:1 nursing care to medically fragile
patients in the home setting Administer prescribed medications,
treatments, and therapies with accuracy and care Complete thorough
and timely documentation of nursing actions and patient responses
Educate and support patients and families on health management and
disease prevention Follow individualized plans of care developed in
coordination with physicians and clinical teams ? Requirements to
Apply: Active Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License
(Required) Nursing license in good standing Excellent attention to
detail and clinical accuracy Strong organizational, time management
, and communication skills Effective problem-solving and conflict
resolution abilities Home health experience preferred , but not
required Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
