Job Title: RN - Med Surg Float Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical-Surgical Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: RN License Required Certifications: ACLS Preferred, CPR Required Description: Contract position available for a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg Float. Shifts are from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This role will involve holding positions on a medical-surgical and telemetry unit. No on-call duties are required. Patient ratio is 6:1. The float pool consists of various units. Candidates should have RN experience; those with PCT experience are preferred but not required. ACLS certification is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to float between units. The dress code includes navy blue scrubs for RNs and black pants with a tan scrub top for PCTs.
