The Respiratory Therapist III provides advanced patient care
across all ages, following physician orders and protocols.
Responsibilities include administering therapies, monitoring
equipment, performing assessments, blood gas analysis, and
assisting in emergency situations.
Requires completion of an accredited Respiratory Care program, 3+
years of experience, and relevant licensure and certifications
(RCP, BLS, ACLS, NRP, NBRC).
Skills needed include strong communication, time management,
professionalism, and ability to handle high-stress situations.
Qualifications include ongoing CEUs, peer support, cross-training,
leadership, and community service.
