Job Description:
This position involves coordinating and administering patient
care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate care while adhering to established standards and
practices.
Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing and entry-level
experience.
Must hold current BLS/CPR certification or obtain within 6 weeks,
and be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse
in Wisconsin and/or Illinois based on location.
Must have strong communication skills, manual dexterity, and the
ability to operate patient care equipment.
Responsibilities include performing clinical skills, collaborating
with healthcare team members, administering medications and
treatments, coordinating patient teaching, maintaining a safe and
organized environment, responding promptly to patient needs,
recognizing emergencies, participating in quality assurance
activities, and assisting in training new staff and students.
Position is part-time with varied hours, located on the first floor
of SCMCC.
