About the position:As a Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), you will support Occupational Therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients needing assistance with daily activities due to injury, illness, or disability. You will work in a variety of healthcare settings, helping patients regain independence through therapeutic interventions. -Responsibilities: - Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist. - Help patients perform therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and function. - Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment. - Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Occupational Therapist. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with care protocols. -Requirements: - Active OTA license - NBCOT certification - BLS certification - Minimum of one (1) year of experience -Benefits:--- Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage--- Health Savings Account--- 401(k) Retirement Plan--- Hospital Indemnity Insurance--- Critical Illness Insurance--- Accident Insurance--- Referral bonuses -Pay Information: - -$1,609 per week* - -*Pay package based on 40 hours per week, but only 30 hours per week are guaranteed. - -*Estimated weekly pay packages are based on bill rates at the time this job was posted and include hourly wages as well as eligible reimbursements for meal and incidental expenses and housing. Bill rates can change frequently and without notice.
