Job Title: RN Weekend SupervisorRegency Integrated Health Services is seeking a skilled RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Bastrop Silver Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bastrop, TX.Job Summary:The RN Weekend Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This position requires a strong nursing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident condition and implement care plans as directed.
• Administer medications as prescribed and perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts.
• Identify significant changes in resident condition and take necessary action per facility policies and procedures.
• Oversee and monitor aides to ensure quality care is provided.
• Initiate and complete Incident and Accident Reports per facility policy.
• Discharge residents per facility policy.
• Communicate with resident's point of contact regarding status updates or changes in condition.Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas in good standing.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.Physical Demands:The physical demands of this role include effective communication, standing, sitting, walking, speaking, and balancing.
