Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our patients.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide well-coordinated patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to the next level of care.Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
