Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Ascension Seton Northwest. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant data to inform patient care decisions.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care.Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire.
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification within 6 months of hire.
