Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Specialist to join our team at Ascension Seton Northwest. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for driving nursing quality indicators and evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical leaders to serve as a resource and support caregivers to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and clinical professional development to identify gaps and develop plans to improve professional growth, skills, and competencies.
• Support clinical leaders in aggregating and interpreting various quality/patient safety data to drive improved care outcomes and nursing practice.
• Guide the implementation of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) projects, including the revision of order sets and practice guidelines at the unit or division level.
• Conduct unit rounds with a focus on coaching and mentoring in partnership with clinical leadership.Requirements
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.Preferred Qualifications
    • BSN
