Position Summary

In this role, you'll assist with dental procedures and become the linchpin in managing and closing major patient cases after the doctor's initial consultations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Elevate Your Role: Step beyond traditional duties and embrace expanded administrative responsibilities. From managing case files to coordinating essential follow-ups, you'll be at the heart of our operational efficiency
• Case Closure Champion: Take charge of closing cases once the doctor has completed consultations, ensuring every detail is attended to and nothing slips through the cracks
• Patient Liaison Extraordinaire: Act as the main point of contact for our patients, collaborating with other practices to provide top-notch service and address any patient needs with professionalism and care Qualifications
