Job Description:

etc.)Great culture and leadership team POSITION SUMMARY Reporting
to the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for
the supervision of clinical staff and functions, overseeing client
and family care and is responsible for all related duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for performance
management of outpatient clinical staff to include hiring,
training, coaching, performance evaluation, and general supervision
(30%) Facilitates engaging in person evidence based group therapy
sessions during evening hours with both adolescents and family
members (approx. 20%) Carries a caseload of adolescents and their
family/support systems to include weekly individual counseling and
family counseling from a strengths based and ethical approach
(approx. 20%)Provides ongoing training and clinical support
services to the staff and program needs for all outpatient team
members (10%)Provides coverage plan for all Texas outpatient
programming. Includes covering during staff shortages (travel
required M-F approximately 1 x per month and as program needs are
identified) (10%)Supervise and ensure all documentation is
accurate, complete, timely, audited, of high quality, and submitted
as required by contracts, licensing, and utilization review (10%)
Review and approve staff documentation relating to program
delivery, time records, leave requests, and other programmatic
documentation. Provides quality assurance and improvement in all
areas of programming, including documentation, group, individual,
family services, and educational services. Conducts staff meetings
to review client/program progress and discharge readiness Assures
that effective clinical protocols and practices are followed and
monitors clinical integrity and effectiveness of the program.
Provides on-call support during regularly scheduled administrator
on-call rotation. Observes treatment services provided, both
individual and group, to ensure that appropriate curricula, best
practices, and methods are being used and that high-quality
services are being delivered. Provides coaching as needed to
develop counselor skills and improve the quality of services.
Collect data, complete and submit required reports accurately and
in a timely fashion, ensuring contract compliance and quality
services. Works with Phoenix House Compliance, Training, and
Quality Manager to maintain staff professional growth and
development through training, seminars, workshops. Ensures
participation of all staff in required training and continuing
education courses related to area(s) of specialization to remain
current in the field. Ensures opportunities for cross-functional
training of staff. Assists with and conducts investigations of
major incidents in the community as well as a clinical
intervention. May perform psychosocial substance abuse assessments,
screenings, and intakes with patients as required Attends all
required staff training sessions in accordance with Phoenix House
and state licensing requirements, completes all training on time
All other duties to support the program needs as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES The incumbent in this position
supervises the Counselors and Senior Counselors
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS Master's degree in social work or
counseling/education is required.QCC requirements required LPC,
LCSW, LMFT or LCDC with interim license (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW)
required.One or more years' experience with counseling and
adolescent services preferred.Two or more years of clinical
supervisory experience preferredMust maintain a valid Drivers'
License, have proof of automobile insurance and maintain a safe
driving record based on Phoenix House policy KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND
