Outpatient General Psychiatrist - Austin, Texas

Our distinctive inpatient and outpatient services are thoughtfully designed and delivered to adults who seek effective strategies to help them reach healthy, productive lives. From our senior program to our partial hospitalization program (PHP), our inpatient and outpatient services ensure that our community can get the level of care they need.

The cornerstone of treatment at Austin Lakes rests on exceptional mental health services and clinical excellence. Our psychiatric hospital offers depression treatment and cares for other mental health issues like trauma, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and more.



Position Highlights:

Provide care to adult patients in the PHP and IOP programs
Monday-Wednesday-Friday work schedule, no evenings or weekends required
Monthly stipend for unit directorship
Independent contractor position
No call required, but can participate in optional inpatient call, if desired


Requirements:

Board Eligibility or Certification in General Psychiatry
Current Texas medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain licensure
