Healthcare Program Manager

In this very meaningful role, your work will help to open up space in hospitals for those who urgently need it. Come help us save lives and make your work mean something.

Note: This is a temporary position, 30-60 days and a great opportunity to earn extra income. This role is fully remote and can be done from anywhere. You must have:
Leadership experience in healthcare in a clinical setting.
A Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or closely related field.

Who We Need

The Program Manager meets regularly with the Department during program implementation and periodically thereafter and directs the program by meeting assigned objectives and goals. The Program Manager monitors metrics and daily operations to ensure success; establishes action plans, critical indicators, timetables, and performance measures to guarantee high-quality services and timely deliverables; ensures that we satisfy contractual service standards; selects and manages retention of staff compatible with KEPRO's mission, vision, and values and contract requirements; provides leadership and supervision to staff assigned to the program; and assesses all systems-including contract, policies and procedures, workflows, etc.-to ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction.

What You'll Do
Effectively directs program through objectives and goals assigned for contract compliance. Monitors metrics and daily operations to ensure success.
Collaborates with program leaders, including medical director, management teams, and corporate support teams to improve processes, determine training needs and improvement opportunities. Assists in budget review and management.
Works with management and corporate team for the enhancement of the RFP, new RFP cycles and related new business.
Oversees budget review and analysis to ensure the financial success of the program.
Assesses all systems, including contract, policy and procedure, workflow, etc., continually to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to all stakeholders.
Collaborates with management team to create an organizational structure that will ensure effective processes and work designs.
Assists in determining development opportunities for staff and teams.
Ability to provide supervision to staff that ensures excellent customer satisfaction.
Provide ongoing monitoring and supervision to meet contract deliverables for all operations
Provide data analysis and reporting that meets the contractor's goals of quality care and cost effectiveness in a timely manner.

Qualifications

What you'll need:
BA/BS in healthcare or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations and management; Healthcare experience strongly desired.
Healthcare experience in a clinical setting

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Knowledge of best practice in healthcare operations.
Knowledge of government policy and structure.
Knowledge of metrics, productivity measures and reporting.
Knowledge of regulatory agency compliance.
Knowledge of contract development and implementation.
Budget and financial skills.
Aptitude for systems planning and prioritization of tasks
Competent communication skills (written and verbal and listening); uses appropriate interpersonal skills with variety of stakeholders.
