Description: Summary of Role\: ------------------------------ We are searching for a Senior Sales Account Manager for our US East Sales Territory, based out of our Austin office. The focus of this Sales role is to develop and grow our IoT, RF, and embedded memory foundry customer business, with focus on strategic customer relationships and opportunities. Your main responsibility is to achieve assigned business development targets by developing and maintaining customer accounts. -- Essential Responsibilities\:---------- -- Sales management responsibility for customers within US East Sale territory Accountable to deliver Revenue, Gross Margin, and Design Win Revenue goals Develop and build senior-level relationships at target accounts Responsible for assessing current opportunities, resources, and capabilities needed to meet or exceed Sales plan Maintain and grow existing customer base while pursuing and investing in new high-value accounts Work with GF Business Units-- to develop account strategies based on market analysis and customer segmentation. Build processes to understand customer current/future requirements, detecting market trends among and align GF------s product development, manufacturing capabilities, and investment strategy Work closely with the foundry manufacturing organizations to successfully introduce new products on critical launch calendars. Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Qualification: Required Qualifications\:---------------- -- Bachelor------s Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or Related Discipline 10+ Years in the Semiconductor Industry 5-8 Years of Experience in Semiconductor Sales or Business Development or similar Functional role Travel Required Language Fluency ------ English (Written & Verbal) -- Preferred Qualifications\: -- Master------s Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or Related Discipline Goal/ target oriented, proven track record in customer development as well as strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction and Strong semiconductor industry human network, with pre-existing executive relationship that will translate to improved traction for strategic engagements Strong project management skills, self-driven, self-dependent working style, negotiating skills Open minded to work in an intercultural work environment Familiar with MS Office, salesforce.com, and CRM systems -- -- If you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact us by email at usaccommodations@globalfoundries.com and let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.
