The Senior Manager, Americas Regional Marketing leads the regional marketing activation team across the region. Responsible for developing a thorough understanding of business drivers and security issues faced by enterprise accounts in region and developing and implementing high value marketing programs to reach and convert target accounts. This includes the development and execution of account-based tactics to engage specific target buyers and influencers throughout the research and buying journey. The Regional Marketing team is tasked with driving marketing programs and events in conjunction with regional Sales teams that result in quality MQLs, SQLs and pipeline and that ultimately support new customer acquisition and cross-sell goals. The Regional Marketing leader will work with their team to assesses and understand the territorys current pipeline mix and gaps, target accounts, and identify demand generation action plans as needed. The person fulfilling this role builds strong relationships with the Sales team and collaborates with other marketing functions to ensure successful results. The Regional Marketing leader also collaborates with the Global Campaigns team to provide input during campaign development cycles. This role is based in Austin, Texas and will manage a team of Regional Marketing Managers directly and collaborate closely with the Demand Operations and Business Development teams to support pipeline generation initiatives for the Region. Essential Functions Actively manage regional marketing funnel. Surface trends and insights and deploy creative solutions and tactics to increase performance in each local market. Develop and report weekly on key KPIs for regional marketing success Develop and execute demand generation plan for the Americas region Understand regional pipeline mix, acquisition target status, and identify remediation plans as needed Design and implement integrated marketing programs that generate MQLs, SQLs and drive new customer acquisition and new business with existing customers Incorporate a variety of disciplines and tactics into marketing programs, including curated and industry events, sponsorships, account-based tactics, direct mail and digital campaigns. Leverage internal PR, Analyst, Social and other Corporate resources and campaigns as needed Ability to create and modify presentation abstracts and seek out relevant speaking engagements and sponsorships Collaborate with Campaigns Team and represent regional point-of-view during campaign development Coordinate Americas regional event activation plan for tier 1 events, regional priority engagements and sales-led events to drive rich engagement Create unique C-level engagements to engage key customer and prospect stakeholders with executives and sales teams Collaborate with Sales team to develop regional marketing plans, measure and iterate to provide consistent program improvements Engage and manage vendors as necessary Manage and balance quarterly marketing program budget Work closely with Sales to identify priority accounts and activation strategies. Collaborate with the Analytics team to augment prospect and customer target lists Drive strategy with Channel Marketing to develop and execute joint marketing programs Monitor lead upload process to ensure program logistics are executed efficiently and on time Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Minimum 10-12 years of marketing experience with a mix demand generation, event marketing, field marketing skills. SaaS and/or Cloud Security experience a plus Experience supporting sales teams and thriving under the pressure of achieving quarterly pipeline goals Solid understanding of marketing mix, campaign elements and tactics necessary to deliver results Proficient in key marketing technologies: Salesforce, Marketo, Allocadia, Tableau, Integrate, DiscoverOrg Account-Based Marketing certification is a plus Ability to travel 25% of the time in North America The right candidate will be: Transparent and authentic with high credibility and integrity Must be a self-driven team player who can think out of the box Thrives in a fast growing and evolving environment Excited and driven to help build a world-class marketing organization A tenacious problem solver with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and desire to succeed Autonomous, able to prioritize and time manage effectively to hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment Able to professionally communicate with all levels of internal company personnel, clients and vendors Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Highly collaborative, dynamic and engaging approach to B2B Enterprise marketing
