Job Title: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Job Description: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for
assisting the GM in managing daily operations including food
processes, projection procedures, equipment, development and
performance of team members. In addition, the AGM assists the GM by
conducting inventory and ordering of food and supplies,
optimization of profits and satisfaction of guests. The AGM also
assists the GM with financial and operational performance of the
unit, as well as complete satisfaction of guests.
Job Purpose: To ensure guest satisfaction is delivered by
management and team members providing genuine hospitality and
exceeding guest expectations.
Ability to drive the entire operation to success.
Extensive knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling
