is seeking a Regional Sales Director to join our fast-growing team.
The Regional Sales Director is tasked with ensuring the development
and successful delivery of iFLY's sales objectives. You will be
responsible for growing and developing your region's revenue by
empowering a team of Account Executives to sell the dream of flight
to new flyers, fostering strategic relationships that translate
into large accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer service
and return flyer rates. The Regional Sales Director will manage a
team of Account Executives who are focused on growing new and
existing business, driving product usage/adoption, managing
accounts, building business and brand recognition throughout the
community and with local companies. This is one of those rare

Sales Team. THIS IS A REGIONAL OPPORTUNITY, and NOT necesarily
based in Austin, TX. -- What you'll do: Meet and/or exceed
quarterly and annual sales goals. Attract, hire, develop, motivate
and develop high impact sales people capable of meeting/exceeding
sales quotas. Regularly visit tunnel locations, meeting with sales
teams and coaching as necessary to enhance sales effectiveness.
Perform revenue forecasts and win/loss reports that illustrate your
sales department's overall performance against quotas.-- Travel to
assigned regional areas of responsibility. Day-to-Day
responsibilities include: Ensure sales teams stays focused on
executing sales campaigns Conduct market analysis and devise
strategies for generating new business. Work closely with the Vice
President of Sales, peer group, and the Corporate Marketing Team to
ensure a consistent message is delivered across the organization.
Provide leadership on the day-to-day operations of the sales
department, while maintaining focus on the company strategic goals.
Establish individual and team performance targets that align with
overall business goals. Monitor performance and take action, as
necessary, to ensure timely resolution of performance issues and
Team Member changes required to ensure targets are achieved.
Develop, or participate with Senior Staff in the development of the
Strategic Marketing Plan and the execution of the Strategic Sales
Plan. Required Skills: Minimum 5+ years Sales experience with at
least 2 years' experience in special events, hotel/hospitality, or
sports tickets sales required. Five+ years' experience directly
managing 6-12 sales professionals, including the ability to
attract, hire, train and develop a high performing sales team.
Experience being responsible for a book of business. Experience
managing sales efforts in a highly transactional, consultative
sales oriented, fast-paced organization with a short cycle-time
sales model. Strong computer skills, particularly with PowerPoint,
Excel, and Word. Ability to excel and multitask in a fast-paced
environment. Knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM, Hubspot or other
similar platforms for managing sales pipeline and reporting.
Friendly, positive, outgoing personality who relates well and gets
along with people. "One-Team" mindset in leading the sales team,
collaborating with the Operations teams, and partnering with your
peer group. Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations
at a high growth company. Who You Are: Bachelor's Degree either in
Business Administration or Marketing preferred. Will consider
applicants with relevant work history. Any combination of education
and training equivalent to possession of a bachelor's degree in
marketing, sales, communications or business administration.
