POSITION SUMMARY You'll be joining a talented team that manages client communications and strategic conversations related to the partnership. They help clients see the value of utilizing Client Command's products and services to their fullest extent to help the client's business.--They work with multiple teams within the company to facilitate the clients' approval of marketing, communicate campaign results and handle client concerns.--The Account Manager provides ongoing, excellent service and creates raving fans throughout the lifecycle of the customer experience. They own the retention sales quota and managing the relationship to move their clients toward renewal of Client Command's services. This position will be based in Texas providing support for our clients through-out the state and other areas as needed. The position can be located in Houston, Austin or Dallas. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Consult with clients to strategically align with client goals to increase client retention, existing account sales and company revenue according to stated goalsManage to, and hit, individual retention and sales quotas quarterly as well as company goalsProvide exceptional experiences to our clients and team membersManage independent agent channel for existing account salesLead team productivity and align efforts of the Account Representatives to provide best daily experience for dealer clients and agentsAlign efforts of sales team with operations to address client needs, campaign analytics, data integration and creative direction for all media types to dealer clientsProvide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance, market and industry changesFollow corporate process for client communication/documentation in Salesforce and other programs (Trello, Confluence, Slack, etc.)Ensure timely follow up on all requests from dealer clients, agents and internal team members with documentation in SalesforceConduct required number of presentations monthlyDaily reporting to sales team on pace towards sales goalsDaily sales team roleplay and sales trainingBring a positive attitude to overall client experience and company cultureTravel as needed to dealer locations-- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Availability to travel up to 75% of the timeSales ability to hit and exceed monthly and quarterly retention quotas by maintaining and growing Book of BusinessDemonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levelsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsNatural connector with strong relationship building skillsAbility to connect well with a wide variety of customers via telephone and/or video-conferencingAbility to respond quickly to changing deadlines and client needsAbility to foresee client needs, and procure internal or external resources to creatively problem solveStrong analytical skillsDetail orientedAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasksProficiency in Microsoft Office ProgramsTechnical aptitude to learn new computer databases systemsKnowledge of Salesforce is preferredEnjoys working in a fast-paced team environmentGoogle Analytics experience is a plusAbility to travel occasionally and as needed to clients EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience in quota-carrying sales and account management and/or customer serviceAutomotive or Marketing experience is preferred
