As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating enduring relationships with clients, leveraging industry expertise, and strategically positioning Randstad Digital to maximize growth potential.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and develop targeted strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging your industry knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional results.
• Develop and execute sales plans to expand services within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model.
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels, as well as external and internal partners, to maximize growth within an account.Requirements:
  • 3 years of selling technical products.
  • Proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
  • Outstanding abilities in communication, presentation, and influence.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • A history of outperformance.
