Job Title: RN Charge NurseRegency Integrated Health Services is seeking a skilled RN Charge Nurse to join our team at Heritage Park Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Austin, TX.Job Summary:The RN Charge Nurse will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This position requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident condition and implement care plans as directed
• Administer medications as prescribed and perform narcotic reconciliation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Identify and report significant changes in resident condition and take necessary action
• Supervise and monitor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care deliveryRequirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and leadership abilities
