market position.What You Can Expect
- Manage day to day university recruiting operational tasks and
strategy development in North America. Job responsibilities
include:
- Manage 4-6 direct reports that include recruiters, coordinators
and program managers
- Intern performance management and conversion follow
through
- University selection and engagement programming
- Direct internship programming, Campus Champions and Campus
Ambassador recruiting programs
- Manage scheduling / coordinator level activities such as swag
and job posts
- Vendor Management for local US and Canada vendors
- Lead weekly team meetings and manage performance
- Limited req load based on total hiring volume
- Implement and oversee a standardized recruitment process.
- Develop and execute region-specific recruitment strategies
aligned with business objectives and local market conditions.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to optimize the
recruitment process and improve decision-making.
- Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR business
partners, and senior leadership to understand and fulfill talent
needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across
the diverse markets in the Americas.
- Cultivate an inclusive recruitment approach that supports
diversity initiatives and promotes equal opportunity.What We're
Looking For
- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 5 years of experience
managing a University Recruiting program.
- 7-10 years of technical full-cycle recruiting experience in
high volume and high hiring bar environment in an agency,
corporate, or start-up setting
- 2-5 years of experience managing a recruiting team or
recruiters, coordinators and program managers with experience in
both internships and fulltime hiring
- Solid knowledge of on-campus hiring practices and experience in
University recruiting initiatives on-campus
- Experience managing University level requisitions (Internship
and Full-Time) and new to career program preferred
- Experience managing and creating internship programming for
cross-site activities and events
- Technically savvy, experience with Workday or other ATS
systems
- Ability to learn our core technology and recruiting customers
(students, university staff and faculty, campus teams, hiring
managers, new hires, interns, and more).
- Strong communication, networking & analytical skills
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a
high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to
prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time
efficiently.
- Able to travel up to 20-30% including site and campus
visitsExpected Base Pay Range (USD)106,710 - 159,800, $ per
annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be
determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications,
work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range
for this role may be modified based on market conditions.Additional
