The Driskill Bar manager will be responsible for the overall guest experience in the Driskill Bar. Recognized as one of the best hotel bars in Austin, The Driskill Bar offers a place to relax and unwind with a feel that is Texan through and through.

Responsibilities for the Driskill Bar Manager will include but are not limited to:

• Driving revenue in the bar
• Oversight of payroll
• Scheduling
• Concepting
• Project and Cost Management
• Special Events Planning and Management
• Involvement in the local Austin Community
• Involvement in PR, Marketing and Promotion development for the bar
• Controlling Beverage Costs and Pars
• Updating Bar menus as needed
• Oversight of all Front of House Operations
  Three years prior Food & Beverage management experience is required. Prior experience in a fast pace high volume bar environment is preferred.
  
  This position will work closely with the culinary & marketing team to drive revenue and create an extraordinary experience in the bar. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Food & Beverage professional to work in a Texas icon!

    Qualifications:
    
    • 3 years prior F&B Leadership experience required
    • Cocktail and mixology experience / knowledge preferred
    • Refined written and verbal communication skills
    • Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
    • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills
    • This position must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
