These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 7+ years experience in hardware engineering, product/technical program management, - or product developmentOR equivalent experience.5+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Knowledge of high-volume server design and manufacturing is desired.Knowledge about datacenters & operation at scale is desired. -5+ years experience managing end-to-end (E2E) hardware product development, preferably in cloud infrastructure hardware or server development.Demonstrated experience in program management from new product introduction (NPI) to post-product launch with leadership, management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills including L1/L2 Triage Capability and, task prioritization and execution in a technological environment.Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.) and Power BI.Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
