* Ensures cross-functional PBL services are integrated/aligned and driving outcomes needed
* Leads projects and provides oversight (including performance management metrics & reporting) for a portfolio of complex projects to support C-17 organizational goals and objectives
* Leads proposal, technical and cost volume development and project execution by identifying activities, resources, and tasks required to complete the work statement
* Provides technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans
* Lead assessments and collaborative resolution of complex cross-functional issues amongst multiple diverse stakeholders
* Manage the Risk, Issues, and Opportunities, and associate mitigation and implementation plans
* Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction and delivery of high-quality products and services on-time
* Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
* Interface, communicate and develop a relationship with our USAF customer
