Job Description:

We are a full service privately owned small animal clinic in the beautiful Hill Country. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5:30. Our mission is to provide excellent veterinary care in a rural, family like setting. We are seeking a new Practice Manager to join our team. Your role will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our veterinary hospital, ensure that everything is running smoothly, and that clients are happy with the services they are receiving. What You Will Do: Supervise employees and evaluate employee performance Conduct employee training programs. Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their experience. Ensuring that all staff members are working towards improving patient care through continuing education classes, workshops, or conferences Implementing procedures to ensure that all patients receive high quality care in a safe environment Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the veterinary practice facility to ensure patient care is delivered efficiently and effectivel What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Managing a veterinary practice Why You'll Love Us: We have a great team that cares about each other and works together to make a good work environment.
