Job Description:
Overview:
The Campus Admissions Manager (CAM), in partnership with the
Regional Campus Admissions Director, will provide training,
coaching and mentorship to Campus Admissions Representatives to
achieve specified graduate outcomes. The CAM will model effective
recruiting and support structures necessary for student success the
UTI educational programs.
The CAM partners with the Campus Admission Representative to
provide dynamic tours of the campus and program offerings,
demonstrating the benefits of a UTI education and to assist in the
enrollment process. The CAM acts as an inspirational motivator and
will communicate the benefits of the school transparently and
openly with the goal of over delivering on the student experience.
A successful candidate will have strong small group presentation
skills and enjoy working with specific daily goals and conversion
metrics. The candidate must also demonstrate a friendly and
compassionate personality to both peers and prospective students.

Responsibilities:
Oversees the campus tour events with groups of prospective
students, delivering presentation that demonstrates the benefits of
attending a UTI educational program.
Responsible for updating results daily, attending weekly
performance meetings and updates on all objectives and
obstacles.
Work with the campus admissions team to provide the best possible
experience for future students at every interaction by using the
consultative call flow to personalize the call, summarize the call
topic, resolve open issues, review overall status and recap next
steps; document communication with students; initiating changes in
student statuses requested by students; coordinating and
participating in the Registration/Orientation process; and
communicate with Campus Admissions Representative as appropriate
while using soft skills to listen, empathize, inform, be
conversational, build enthusiasm and create urgency.
Work collaboratively leveraging Campus Admissions Representative or
other department employees to identify challenges, address issues,
and create solutions to possible setbacks that may affect students'
start.
Provides leadership to staff to include coaching and development
through situational leadership as well as performance management
and conflict resolution.
Supports Regional Campus Admissions Director with staffing levels
by collaborating in the recruiting, interview and selection
process.
Conducts Business Reviews and Admissions Representative
observations.
Maintains good working relations with other departments to ensure
focus on a common goal.
Manages, in partnership with the RCAD, existing policies and
processes that are consistent with our company philosophy and that
contribute toward the achievement of our goals.
Partners with the Regional Campus Admissions Director on training
for Campus Representatives.
Partners with matrix leaders and Field Admissions Leadership to
maintain alignment with shared goals.
Submits weekly and monthly reports to Regional Campus Admission
Director and VP of Campus Admission Leaders.
Represents admissions at various meetings at the Campus, as
necessary, which could include accountability or projection
meetings, leadership meetings and other events.
Provides a positive example for the team in professionalism,
integrity and work ethic.
Responsible for setting the standard on achieving deliverables for
the team.
Interfaces with students located within the local state area where
campus resides; determines goals and motivations by using a
consultative sales approach that includes open-ended questions and
active listening.
Effectively delivers the Educational Value Proposition for all UTI
programs to prospective students.
Delivers program information via telephone and written materials,
communicating school policies, processes, and procedures throughout
the entire student life cycle.
Addresses issues or concerns regarding cost, financing, dress code,
curriculum, tutoring, testing procedures, enrollment paperwork
information, cancellation policy, or other related items to ensure
student understands the entire UTI education decision.
Recognizes and rewards employee contributions and achievements.

Qualifications:
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales/management
preferred
High School diploma or GED required.
3-5 years of sale experience, customer presentation experience
1-3 years of leadership experience preferred
Skills
Exceptional presentation skills are required
Good communication skills (verbal and written) computer skills
(Microsoft Office products)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task,
prioritize work and manage deadlines; can adapt to a changing
fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and develop
solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment where
deadlines are essential.
Ability to communicate and work people at all levels throughout the
organization.
Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it
relates to company goals/strategies.

Ability to analyze and report relevant data and make
recommendations based on that data.
General knowledge of personal computer software applications such
as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Special Skills and Knowledge
Utilize experience and expertise in sales process to continue
assisting students through coaching and mentoring of admissions
representatives.
Balance individual enrollment and start goals with overall team
objectives to reach Campus Admissions required outcome.
Abilities
Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds or less
5% of the workday
Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5% or less of the
workday
Must be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and
reason for all of the workday
Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged
periods throughout the workday.
Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged
periods throughout the workday.
Flexible business hours to include nights, weekends and some
travel.
Work Environment
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
