Military Veterans are Encouraged to Apply. -ResponsibilitiesAssists with design and performance of financial processes:---Assist with preparing and reviewing ledger entries and reconciliations---Helping to maintain the general ledger system in a multi-entity multi-currency environment---Mentoring and training accounting personnel with best practices---Sales and Use Tax preparation and oversight---Assist with accounting for revenue recognition---Oversight and guidance in key processes including E-commerce, AP, and Payroll---Assisting with preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements ---Lead support and management of annual financial statement audits---Assisting with hiring, training, and supervising of staff as needed---Other projects as necessaryQualificationsThe successful Accounting Manager will be hands-on and have a mix of organizational, technical, people and analytical skills. They should have a strong knowledge of GAAP and will be relied upon for technical accounting guidance. They should have experience with accounting for mergers and acquisitions in accordance with current GAAP standards. Other qualifications include:---Competency with different systems, including NetSuite, Bill.com, Excel, and Avalara---Knowledge of e-commerce environment ---Experience with GAAP Revenue Recognition Rules---Experience in private equity backed companies---Great at problem solving and process redesign---Leadership and Motivational Skills, including listening and communication---Attention to detail---Must have an active CPAAccounting Manager Experience RequirementsThe right person for this role should have at least 3 years of public accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4, with e-commerce experience a plus. High competence in financial and bookkeeping software is necessary. The ideal candidate should be able to work productively as part of a larger team while getting the most out of those they work with, comfortably meet tight deadlines, and work efficiently in a high growth environment. An understanding of current accounting trends is important, as well as possessing the ability to identify problems and rapidly solve them and improve processes. Since the candidate will be working with preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements; experience with financial statement preparation and variance analysis is a must.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 PER YEAR
