The Engagement Manager I is responsible for managing projects and client relationships. They will also oversee overall project and client satisfaction for their business unit. The Engagement Manager I is responsible for ensuring all business unit projects are executed accurately and on schedule. They are also responsible for all business unit financials. The Engagement Manager I will oversee Sr Discipline Leads and below. The Engagement Manager I is responsible for creating and implementing the sales and strategic plans for their business unit. They are also responsible for meeting $2 to 2.5 million net revenue each year for their business unit.
