Product Manager - On behalf of our client, Procom Services us looking for a Product Manager for a direct hire position.

Our client is a leading software company that specializes in delivering state-of-the-art Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions to the healthcare industry. Their mission is to digitally transform healthcare staffing by providing organizations with the tools to create their own online hiring marketplace, modernize the recruitment experience, and rapidly deploy credentialed candidates. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the development of our SaaS solutions for the healthcare industry. You will work closely with cross- functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to identify market needs, define product requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative and high-quality products that exceed our customers' expectations. As the product owner you will meet with customers, explain the platform functionality via demos, communicate new releases and features, and correlate the product roadmap based on insights gained across multiple customers in the industry we serve.

Responsibilities of a Product Manager:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs and opportunities, translating them into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Define and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Develop detailed product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Maintain Confluence and JIRA and lead the Sprint planning sessions.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to inform product enhancements and future development.
• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, working closely with senior management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers and industry partners, gathering insights and feedback to inform product strategy and development.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends, using this knowledge to inform product positioning and differentiation.
• Continuously improve product development processes and collaborate with team members to drive a culture of innovation and excellence.
  
  Work Experience
  Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS product development in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with engineering and design teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying market needs, defining product requirements, and managing product roadmaps.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique challenges.
    Work Environment: Remote (Central or Eastern) or onsite in Cleveland, Ohio
