I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Advise/Assist TEA stakeholders on:

• 
  
• The development and tracking of DCS financial budget and projections.
  
• Identification and development of DCS annual and multi-year financial projections.
  
• Tracking monthly invoices and reconciliation with budget and projections.
  
• Monthly meetings with stakeholders to explain and reconcile DCS charges, budget and projections.
  
• Development and explanation of DCS LAR projections and estimates.
  
• Gathering operational data necessary to revise projections and estimates.
  
• Overall DCS budget and invoice reconciliation.
  
• Overall DCS contract administration aspects.
