JD : We are looking for an uncompromising content QA expert to manage our Audit Team, ensuring that all of our high-volume reference, support, and how-to content is error-free and of the highest quality. In this role, youll lead a team of editors to constantly improve, optimize and educate content reviewers, while solving QA issues across a large production process. Youll also manage certifications in a new role-to-role promotion path for our teams, ensuring that future editors are capable QA enforcers.
Responsibilities:
Leads the Audit team
Defines Quality Audit (QA) framework
Monitors quality (QA/Peer) review output
Reviews quality standards per content roles, including several levels of writers/reviewers
Initiates process of continuous review/improvement of all content production parameters
Informs required certifications for new roles
Skills:
