The Product Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of new products within existing market/product lines
How you will make an impact:
Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
Recommends and implements long term profitability strategies including market positioning, assessment, pricing parameters, and risk profiles.
Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development.
Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Capabilities, Skills, and Experiences:
Healthcare or Pharmacy benefits management (PBM) preferred
Experience with specialty drugs
Experience using client needs/marketplace feedback to drive product solutions
Underwriting and Pricing knowledge, a plus
Matrix management and Client-facing experience a plus
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $64,440 to $124,992
