business. QUALIFICATIONS
- Track record of building and leading teams with a commitment to

- Leadership of a multi-site business, ideally healthcare ?
- Proven experience leading a large, high performing team ?
- Proven experience identifying and driving growth in your
business ?
- Track record of successful fiscal and operating leadership;
demonstrated financial expertise ?
- Bachelor's Degree and MBA required, with 10+ years of
progressive experience in operational leadership role DESIRABLE

RESPONSIBILITES DaVita's vision is to be "A diverse Village where

Division Vice President will be in the successful recruitment and
development of a diverse team that is fully engaged and supported
by a culture of belonging and excellence! ?
- Prioritize teammate development (PDRs, coaching, mentoring,
DaVita training, outside training); collaborate with direct reports
to create professional development goals ? Develop and execute
strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division ? Support
the stability and growth of key strategic clients within the
division ?
- Ongoing analysis of the operational efficiencies of the centers
that are part of the division with an eye to ROI at multiple
levels. Proactive leadership should inspire overachievement and
resolve performance issues that are detected ?
- Take on P&L responsibility and accountability in ways that
provide best outcomes for division ?
- Advance the training objectives of the organization that are
designed to ensure the growing competence of all team members as
healthcare evolves and clinical practices continue to be refined
?
- Propel financial and revenue growth through active leadership.
Actively address all operations and labor management, contract
management, and clinical outcomes within the division ?
- Fulfill broad-reaching, strategic responsibility for the
development and implementation of proactive programs, operational
improvements, communications, and other division-specific general
management responsibilities related to all modalities (chronic,
acute, PD, home) within the assigned division ?
- Lead the creation and implementation of DaVita's operating
strategies within all modalities based on the identification of
