• L MACase File Documentation ComplianceManage and oversee Cuban Case Managment and ASA Support ProgramCommunity Provider Relationship Building What will you be doing in your role? You will monitor service and offer support to staff throughout individual touchpoints.You will work with the Site Director to evaluate staff performance to ensure compliance with all expectations and standards of practice.You will coordinate workflow and workload assignments.You will maintain a reduced client caseload.You will work closely with the Site Director to develop, monitor, and evaluate all program work plans, outputs, and outcomes to ensure goals are met.You will work closely with the Site Director to monitor program revenues and control program expenditures to ensure accountability and operation within established budget. -You will work closely with the Site Director to monitor case files for the necessary documentation to ensure compliance with funder requirements and agency quality assurance standards.You will cultivate positive relationships with service providers/agencies in support of client access to their benefits, services, or programs.You effectively communicate with your team, peers, supervisor, and TXOR leadership.You leverage your skills and resources of TXOR to solve problems.You adhere to the policies and procedures of CCFW.   • Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Work, International Relations, Political Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Experience and/or familiarity with refugee populations.
  • Familiarity with refugee populations and their needs.
  • Reliable transportation to carry out job functions.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating activities in a service environment is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual in a current refugee language is a plus.
