What to Expect Teslais seeking a curious, engaging, and driven -Manager, Collision START tojoin the Collision Learning & Development (L&D) team. You will managecomplex, multi-disciplinary programs, architect the approach, designobjectives, work with subject matter experts and content designers to developlearning solutions, and ensure effective and efficient implementation throughall phases of the program(s).Theposition is located in -Fremont CA , Austin TX, or Collision Center. -Ifyou're interested in becoming a part of a world-class team supporting thelatest EV technology, we are interested in hearing from you.   • Scale program and setupoperations at new schools across North America in densified markets
  • Lead, mentor, train, and performance managetraining facilities and trainers
  • Manage team to deployindustry leading learning programs for collision
  • Build business cases,capital expense requirements, and maintain capital assets in workingcondition
  • Administrative knowledgelearning management system for START collision teams
  • Effectively handlemultiple priorities to meet all objectives and deadlines
  • Partner across Learning& Development teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Comply with all Teslasafety rules, guidelines, and standards
  • Any additionalresponsibilities needed by the business What You'll Bring
    • 10+ years of experience incollision learning and development preferred
    • 5+ years of leading directand indirect teams, and marshalling resources in a lean complex globalenvironment preferred
    • Proven ability to workindependently, managing large, complex projects or teams across adistributed organization
    • Excellent leadership,communication, and interpersonal skills with a high degree ofprofessionalism
    • Ability to establish andmaintain cooperative working relationships with internal and externalpartners
    • Able to multi-task in afast-paced environment and navigate through an ambiguous environment;enjoy challenges
    • Ability to deliver resultsthrough influence without authority
    • Ability to workindependently in limited supervision environment
    • Strong computer skills -Microsoft Office
    • 60% travel domesticallyand international based on business needs
    • Capable of lifting 50lbsand driving fork lift
