Job Number: 23-103-11763Job Summary: This position is responsible for program oversight at Integral
Care's crisis residential program for adults in need of crisis stabilization in
a voluntary, residential, community setting.

The Practice Manager is responsible for the quality management of
business operations for assigned service delivery site(s); provides guidance,
direction and supervision to staff to ensure the delivery of quality client
care and implementation of processes. This position has a broad scope of
responsibility and oversight for programs and personnel and/ or may provide
direct clinical care as needed to assigned services and program areas, which
may include the development and implementation of new or expanded services and
in designated areas of responsibility.

Engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective
use of provider staff time and resources.

This position has the responsibility for program planning,
interagency relations, resource development and acts as liaison with relevant
external constituents in a progressive, positive and professional manner. This
position may be accountable to ensure efficient and effective use of provider
staff time and resources. Establishes and maintains highest standards for
quality care and ethical practice.

On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit
protocols. The Practice Manager may recruit, select and hire appropriate staff
for the unit(s) overseen. This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services that would require the completion of a language competency test.Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule. • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related License: Required:
  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Licensure in the State of Texas as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or PHD is required.Experience: Required:
    • Clinical supervisor experience.
    • Must have a minimum of three years' experience working with individuals in treatment for behavior health disorders and/or recovery. Preferred:
      • Three years administrative supervisory experience.Hours: Full-Time; Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
