Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Performance Management
professional to join our Talent Management Center of Excellence
(COE). In this role, you will be responsible for driving the
performance management strategy and initiatives across the
organization. As a key member of the team, you will work closely
with business leaders to ensure that performance management aligns
with business objectives and supports the overall talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong experience implementing performance management in
Workday, including the design and deployment of reports,
dashboards, and analytics.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management
program, including setting performance expectations, coaching
employees, providing feedback, and conducting performance
evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to
align performance management strategies with business objectives
and ensure they support the overall talent management
strategy.
- Conduct performance gap analyses and provide recommendations to
improve performance and address talent development needs.
- Leverage HR technologies, such as Workday, to run and
continuously enhance the performance management process and user
experience.
- Partner with HR colleagues to build and maintain proper Tier
0-2 support structure.
- Define the requirements for training and development programs
to help managers and employees. understand and effectively use
performance management tools and processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging
trends in performance management and make recommendations to
continually improve the program.If you are an experienced

compensation range for the position $134,530 to $322,880 is based
on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary
depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For
part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.If
this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive
compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be
eligible for Kyndryl's Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.Required
Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in performance management and talent
management, with a focus on performance management
- Strong experience implementing performance management programs
and delivering results
- Proven experience leading large-scale, global performance
management initiatives and delivering results
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills,
with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
at all levels of the organization
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations to
improve performance and talent management practices
- Sourcing, selection, and management of vendors where
appropriate
- Fluency in English and exceptional writing abilitiesExperience
with implementing and running Succession Planning in
WorkdayPreferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational
Development, Business Administration, or a related field highly
preferred
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, or demonstrated
experience leading a Process Implementation Cycle, highly
preferred
- Experience at a company within related industry Required
