  • 4 - 10 years of civil engineering experience.
  • PE license or on track to obtain it in Texas.
  • Public Works background; municipal roadway, drainage, water/wastewater utility.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Microstation.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
