Job Description:

A highly successful restaurant group in the Austin area is looking to add a talented Director of Operations oversee a portfolio of properties.
The role of this individual s to ensure all restaurants under your jurisdiction are providing the quality of service that your brand expects, while also monitoring sales growth, revenue, and management employees. The Director of Operations works closely with senior leadership and store management to implement strategies and processes to deliver first-class operations and culture, optimize store performance, same-store sales increases, and achieve brand targets. Position Requirements:

• 
  
• Minimum of 3 years of multi-unit management experience
  
• Fast-Casual or Full-service restaurant experience
  
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate staff
  
• P&L Experience and strong financial acumen
  
• Experience overseeing at least 4 locations
  
• Lively and personable demeanor
  
• Local to the Austin/San Antonio area
  
  Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 base, quarterly bonus program, long-term equity, company car, comprehensive insurance package, and much more!
