  Management of land/site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project management

  Sound Technical Design background

  Excellent communication and organizational Skills

  Financial management of projects

  Working with the team to set goals to meet business objectives
  
  
• 
  Assisting in the development of the engineering staff

  Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. design codes and standards

  Related local experience preferred
  
  
• 
  PE in Texas, or ability to be registered in Texas BS in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)
  
  
• 
  9+ years of relevant project experience (9-15 years of experience strongly preferred)
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated career growth that includes project management experience
  
  
• 
  Experience managing civil/site development projects
  
  
• 
  Experience leading the civil design efforts for public works or site development projects
  
  
• 
  Sound technical design background
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication, verbal and written, and organizational skills
  
  
• 
  Thorough knowledge and understanding of local and U.S. design codes and standards
  
  
•
