***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base hourly rate.***We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 280-unit apartment community centrally located in Austin! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed.   • At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work one Saturday per month with an alternative day off during the week.
  • Must comply with Westdale's COVID-19 health and safety measures.

      Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (hours change seasonally)
