In this role, you will thrive with an ability to provide exceptional business analysis, product analysis, and project management, while being comfortable in an environment that is undergoing rapid scaling, change, and frequent ambiguity. You'll manage multiple department projects simultaneously by building project plans, maintaining initiative roadmaps, schedules, and dependency relationships. Success in this role will mean remaining active through the development life cycle as a point of reference and to manage changes in the project scope, requirements, timelines, and priorities. It will be critical to control project quality and success by managing the planning and decision-making process, assessing risks, setting clear and realistic deadlines for deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of project work.This is currently a full remote position but will move to a hybrid remote schedule in Q2 2023. - Out of state applicants must be willing to relocate to Austin, TX by this time.What you are accountable for:

Plan, direct, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and project personnel to ensure the project progresses within scope, schedule and budget. This includes but not limited to: quotes, document management, change of scope, scheduling, control of cost, negotiations, regulatory compliance, communication, customer service and continuous improvement;Monitor and track project milestones, costs and documentation;Manage projects from start to finish, while ensuring services meet company quality standards and client specifications;Participate in planning and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency;Tracks and reports progress (management information system);Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, and presentations.;Communicates project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion;Provide project updates on a consistent basis to Executive Team about strategy, adjustments, and progress;Establish work plans and staffing requirements for multiple projects;Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution;Provide support to other operational units as needed;Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed;Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement;Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude;Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices;Ability to multitask and prioritize;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting priorities;Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with company policy;Must be able to work in safe manner at all times, avoiding shortcuts that have potential adverse results/risks;Must be able to comply with safety standards and best practices;Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements:
Bachelor's OR Equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 5 years of project management, business development, business analysis or related experienceStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleExcellent verbal communication, reading, and writing skillsPreferred:
Prior CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) specialist experience;Tactical gear market experience or at a minimum, a strong interest;Military or Law Enforcement experience;Experience with EOS. - -Powered by JazzHR
