them and their clients.OverviewThe Campaign Management team at
Shift Paradigm is responsible for the planning, organization,
direction, and execution of production activities. We ensure that
the finished product is a set of defined, controlled, and
repeatable processes. We are project managers with a focus on
campaign production work, including but not limited to email
development, landing pages, traffic management, master template
builds, HTML only builds, journeys, and trigger monitoring and
maintenance. To accomplish this, we work in a fast-paced
environment, assisting with facilitating and orchestrating teams of
energetic, creative, problem-solving marketers. The work of this
team combines project management skills with specialized knowledge
of digital marketing production processes and optimizes performance
of campaigns through internal partnership on campaign strategy and
analytics.As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for
keeping internal teams organized by utilizing attention to detail,
a focus on accuracy, clear and consistent professional
communication, while enforcing project timelines and managing scope
with clients. You will own multiple in-flight project plans and
continually update them as timelines, priorities and resources
shift, keeping everyone involved regularly updated on status
through our PPM tool and internal communications software. You
ensure that overall project milestones and goals are met and adhere
to approved budgets. You play a key role in the assessment of a
project's success by holding retrospectives and putting plans in
place for how we can shift to innovate future projects. -Reporting
to a Senior Campaign Manager or Manager, Campaign Management, this
position requires you to communicate with all levels of employees,
learn new systems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
including timelines and action plans. We're looking for a
motivated, organized, productive team member who's eager to learn
and drive programs internally. Our ideal candidate should be
structured, disciplined, astute, analytical, driven, and
detail-oriented with a bias for accuracy.Responsibilities - -
- Overall success of the email/ticket
pre production and production process
- Identification & rollout of production efficiencies and
optimizations -
- Provide process management support for the production team as
required
- Provide functional team support in collaboration with our
client
- Own and optimize operative processes including calendaring,
content review, ticket monitoring, deliverability monitoring,
stakeholder engagement supporting successful execution of an email
build, and more.
- Own & execute email production administrative support; monitor
deliverability dashboards
- Own ticket monitoring & support, be an escalation point
- Oversee the successful completion of assigned production
processes & tasks
- Subject Matter Expert on project teams as required; drive
production-focused projects as required
- Provide team support by assessing and disseminating priorities
across multiple initiatives for several business units
- Assist and provide feedback on project management tools and
processes for most efficient use and successful outcomes
- Work with clients and various internal teams to ensure
requirements are clearly understood and documented, and that
projects and processes are managed and delivered according to
expectation
- Effectively communicate risks, dependencies, blockers and work
breakdown structures to clients in a timely manner to mitigate
project derailment
- Assist in removing internal and external blockers to the team's
progression on projects
- Manage several deadlines and budgets concurrently, ensuring
that we have a continual pulse on burn rate and are flagging any
instances that our budget is at risk
- Ensure immediate installment of action items, owners, and
timelines into project management system
- Collaborate with team members on ways to improve internal
processes and client programs
- Be passionate about supporting our clients
- Assume other activities and responsibilities from time to time
as directedQualifications/Experience -
- Support diverse and inclusive work

- Post secondary education in Marketing, Communication, Business,
Web Design and Development, Computer Science, Information
Technology or related field; or equivalent experience
- 4+ years experience in a project environment (digital project
management is a plus)
- Preferred proficiency in the Google Suite and project planning
software such as Adobe Workfront, JIRA, Asana, MS Project,
etc.
- Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal
communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and
accuracy -
- Confident, assertive, self-motivated, quick learner
- Passionate about success for yourself, the client, and your
support team
- A team player who also works well independently, thinks
creatively & critically, solves problems, and takes initiative
- Willing to work on new challenges but remain focused on your
regular duties
- Comfortable with tight deadlines; organized, efficient, and

- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced work
environment that is agile and constantly changing
- Familiarity and previous experience applying different types of
project methodologies: Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.
- Project Management certificates/education required, including
but not limited to Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) -
- Proven leadership skills, particularly ability to hold others
accountable
- Proven results-oriented and client focused orientation; strong

law, Shift Paradigm provides a reasonable range of compensation for
roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or
Washington. The salary range for these residents is $63,000.00 to
$80,000.00. Salary is based on several factors including but not
limited to role, skillset, relevant education, level of experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to base salary, Shift Paradigm
offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD,
Life/AD&D, Flexible Paid Time Off, and various other ancillary
