We're building and developing cloud technology for the automotive retail industry that will change the landscape for automotive dealers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and the customers they serve.Responsibilities:

  • Tackle client integration + configuration of our software product, training, project planning, and software delivery
  • Build strong relationships with our automotive customers + gain a deep understanding of their industry and business strategy
  • Help our customers understand the full potential of our platform and ensure the success of renewals, which are the driving force of our business
  • Drive upsell lead-generation strategy and execution at major Auto Manufacturers
  • Partner with Sales team to drive leads to fruition
  • Work alongside our Data Science teams to uncover new insights communicated within our Neuron Performance Suite
  • Collaborate with teams across CDK Global to find the root cause of and creative solutions to real business problems
  • Be the voice of the customer, essential to our product's success and helping our customers reach their goals!Experience:
    • 5-10 years' experience as an account director, sales director, product manager, or program manager for a software company.
    • Experienced in managing client expectations + increasing client satisfaction, adoption, and growth.
    • Experience working in software development or with engineers and technical teams throughout the software development process. Experience as a technical lead or data analyst is a plus.
    • Know how to nurture a client for advocacy and work to expand their use of our product.
    • Thoughtful communicator with clear and concise verbal and written skills.
    • Positive, self-motivated, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
    • Analytical mind set and love to solve complex problems.
    • Innately curious and possess the initiative to tackle (and own) new projects.
    • Deep understanding and passion for exceptional user experience.
    • Automotive industry experience a plus.Travel:
