the globe. -SUMMARY OF POSITION -ePac Marketing is an internal
marketing agency supporting ePac's extensive business operations
across the globe. The Paid Media Marketing Manager/ Specialist is
responsible for planning, managing and executing metric driven
digital marketing activities designed to grow ePac's brand presence
and increase sales. It is both a strategic and - hands-on role
responsible for collaborating with our global and regional
marketing teams, and suppliers to lead, plan and implement
campaigns for the company's paid digital channels. The Paid Media
Marketing Manager/ Specialist will be responsible for one or more
of the following areas: SEM, Paid Search, Paid Social Media,
retargeting, and ad development.
-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
Build ad campaigns in platforms
including Google search and display, Bing search, Facebook/IG,
Linkedin, and othersCollaborate with data analysts to ensure ad
traffic conversions and user behaviors are accurately tracked in
Google Analytics, dashboards, and Salesforce CRMContinually
optimize ad campaigns to ensure peak performance towards goalsTrack
campaign performance and projections and report data to
stakeholdersCollaborate with teammates to assess campaign
effectiveness and propose alternative approaches, as
necessaryIdentify and recommend opportunities to improve campaign
performance through new targeting, segmentation, platform updates,
and ad formatsActively coordinate with SEO efforts (keyword, image
optimization, etc.) in order to share knowledge and support each
other's efforts -Maintain partnerships with media agencies and
vendorsManages processes and/or staff, as assignedSupports ePac
domestic and international offices as requiredWorks
cross-functionally to achieve marketing objectives, in particular
with salesOther marketing-related tasks as neededNON-ESSENTIAL

Assists with trade show
participationMay be asked to present ePac at various customer and

Strong computer skills along with
hands-on knowledge of digital marketing tools and
platforms.Extensive knowledge and experience with -
Google Search AdsGoogle Display
NetworkFacebook and Instagram AdsLinkedin AdsGoogle AnalyticsPaid
retargeting platforms such as Outbrain or Taboola -Experience with
6th Sense a plusLinkedIn Sales Insights is a plusExperience with
SalesForce.com, Google Data Studio / PowerBI is a plusKnowledge of
SEO/SEM and analytic reporting/interpretation.Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and adapt to changing workload and
schedules.Strong consulting skills, including the ability to lead
and influence others and work effectively with internal clients,
vendors, management, and team membersAbility to work individually
and collaboratively with others on projects. Demonstrate a
consultative approach in guiding discussions related to digital
marketing strategyExcellent communicator, easily adaptable,

strong attention to detailEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in marketing or
equivalent work experience.At least 5 years working in the digital
marketing field, including SEO / SEM / Paid Search/ Paid
