interview process is three simple steps: -30-minute call with
Alyssa McClurken, our Director of Recruiting. -30-minute Zoom with
James Shaw, our COO. -60-minute in-person interview with our
Project Management team. -Challenges and Opportunities -Getting

and quickly add value! -Perhaps the most important responsibility
as a Project Manager is building positive, strong, and authentic

communicating directly with the clients, partners, charities, and
non-profit organizations we support. - So, you must be
professional, flexible, and complement our culture at all times,

steps ahead. - So, you might find yourself proactively setting
reminders, checking in with the team, or polishing that update. -

in between dotting your I's and crossing your T's, you're likely

to be successful, solid experience and unbreakable confidence in a
role in a project/event management or high-touch customer success
role are invaluable to us.Qualifications and Experience -Experience
that's required (and really important to have): -
Whether or not you've had a "Project
Manager" title, you've always been one at heart. Known to finish
what you start, you genuinely enjoy bringing order to chaos;
maintaining harmonious relationships; and others rely on you to
organize, well, everything.Proven success managing
business-critical initiatives in an external client-facing role
-Flexibility with an ability to navigate challenges (or the
unknown) with ease -An affinity for forward-thinking (as we said,
you're already two steps ahead!)Proactive problem-solving skills
(Murphy's Law is real) - -Exceptional attention to detail; solid
documentation and presentation skillsHighly motivated to
over-communicate and over-deliver, and always follow through!Wildly
impressive folks will also have experience with:
